Overview
Scoup is an AI-powered media monitoring platform that transforms social media data into actionable brand intelligence. The platform analyzes sentiment in real-time, features persona-driven audience analysis, tracks brand versus competitor performance, and generates strategic recommendations based on sentiment patterns. Current capabilities include deep-dive post-comment analysis and brand-relative competitor tracking across multiple social platforms.
Role
Product Designer - Contributed to the design of Scoup from conception to execution, creating the complete user interface design system and collaborating closely with the Product Manager to brainstorm features and define product strategy. Worked alongside the Front-End development team throughout the development process to ensure production implementation aligned with the design vision, conducting regular design reviews and providing detailed specifications to maintain design integrity across all platform features.
